1. Do you ship worldwide?

2. How long are the shipping times?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
International shipping can take a little bit more than expected due to the locations of the delivery however, we also manage Express deliveries for a little extra cost.
3. When will my order be shipped?
We fulfill orders and ship them up to 4 business days after the payment and confirmation.
4. My order has not arrived yet.
In case that your order is taking too long due to an uncommon logistic problem, we encourage you to send us an email so we can provide you further information about your order.

5. How secure is my payment?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments since it is one of the safest payment gateways available today.
Your are protected by PayPal against fraud and your information cannot be stored in our servers.
6. How do I change or cancel my order?
We encourage you to check every detail before ordering. Sending us a message before the first 12 hours from the payment we can make a change, otherwise we can´t.
7. Why do my order arrived but in two different packages/days?
Our warehouses are located in different locations with the purpose to reach more people and being able to deliver a worldwide shipping, so some products may arrive before the other. Don't worry, it will be delivered within a few days.

9. What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
10. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
